Have the opportunity to join the Agile model development team as a Production Owner role of Scrum (Training on job).
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
- Translate the specifications, work discussions via chat channels, proposals, etc. from the IT development division (Japanese ⇔ English/Vietnamese)
- Interpret at the project team meetings and in-house/external meetings (Japanese ⇔ Vietnamese)
- Understand the requirements from customers, grasp/analysis the business logic of systems, convey the contents correctly to development team, Q&A between the customer with development team, manage the development progress, testing, etc.
YÊU CẦU:
- 3+ years experienced as IT Communicator (with JLPT N2 or higher)
- Good teamwork and willing to handle non-project tasks
- Control the expected value from stakeholders- In charge as Facilitator’ role of the meeting (Training on job)
- Good at problem analysis, have a continuous improvement mindset
- Về mặt kỹ năng, ứng viên cần có: am hiểu Nghiên Cứu, giải quyết vấn đề, có kinh nghiệm với Tiếng Anh cùng với Tiếng Nhật.
- Bên cạnh đó, ứng viên nên có kiến thức về: Senior Developer, Phiên Dịch, Project Manager, có kiến thức liên quan đến Kỹ Sư Cầu Nối và nắm vững CNTT khác.
