JOB SUMMARY:

Rakuten FinTech Vietnam Co., Ltd. is the company, which was established in 2021, and the subsidiary of Rakuten Card, which is one of the biggest credit card company in Japan. Our mission is to develop internal system and mission-critical system for Rakuten Card and FinTech group companies to contribute to FinTech business growth, also to provide attractive environment for talented engineers in both Vietnam and Japan. We are looking for a IT Communicator who acts as a connection between each of project teams in Rakuten Fintech Group companies. By using communication skills, we expect to help the communication process between the customers and the project team smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working with Japanese customers on related projects about requirements, specifications, working process, etc.
• Participating in meetings with Japanese to provide real-time interpretation, record minutes, and share information.
• Supporting communication between Vietnam units and Japan side.
• Analyze and transfer various requests to project team members during the whole development process.
• Translating documents from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa, as well as translating common company materials.
• Summarizing and sharing business knowledge to enhance team capabilities

REQUIREMENTS:

• More than 3 years of experience as a IT communicator
• Excellence communication in Japanese (N2 and above)
• Familiar with software development process
• Must be independent, responsible, and self-motivated with the ability to learn and achieve superior results.
• Intermediate level in English communication.
• Working experience as a Project Manager or BrSE or Scrum Master.
• Hands-on experience in working with engineering tasks (design, testing,...).
• Have experience living and working in Japan.

In terms of skills, candidates should have: knowledge of Phiên dịch.

Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of Biên Phiên Dịch, experience with Kỹ Sư Cầu Nối, understanding of Ngôn Ngữ Nhật, understanding of Dịch Thuật and strong grasp of IT Support.
