The position of IT Helpdesk Specialist belongs to the company's Testing department with the following specific tasks:

JOB DUTIES
1. Deploy the organization of exams:
- Deploy inspection and installation of computer systems, testing software for online tests, audio,... at testing rooms, testing locations, and test sites to ensure completion of exams in compliance with regulations , international test standards;
- Periodically inspect and evaluate existing computer systems, software, sound, etc. to ensure facilities meet computer-based tests;
- Review and evaluate supplies and tools (computers, audio, etc.) periodically and propose upgrades, repairs, and replacements;
- Implement and organize exams to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures of IIG Vietnam;
- Technical guidance/support for proctors and candidates at test sites.
2. Participate in building a system to ensure the department's work goals are achieved:
- Identify and evaluate risks in organizing computer-based tests and propose solutions;
- Develop and improve administrative documents related to computer-based testing activities;

Right
- Salary upto 13 million/month (negotiable based on capacity) + overtime salary (if any) + per diem (if any) . 2-month probationary period, 90% or more of official salary.

Candidate requirements
- Graduated from College or higher majoring in IT, information systems, computer science, computer networks,...
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, priority given to candidates with specialized certificates
- Priority is given to candidates who are willing to travel a lot between exam locations in Hanoi and can go on business trips to the provinces on weekends.
- Working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Saturday morning
