JOB SUMMARY:

This role focuses on managing and monitoring various IT infrastructure components including network systems, server rooms, CCTV, storage devices, and security devices, along with handling and coordinating IT incidents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing and monitoring network systems, connection with partners, server rooms, servers, CCTV system, storage devices, security devices, databases and infrastructure services.
• Handle/coordinate handling of situations, incidents, and problems arising related to the IT system.
• Maintain the continuous operation of IT system and services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least a Bachelor or Engineer degree in information technology, computer science or related fields. Certifications: CCNA, CCNP...
• Certifications or proven ability to manage Windows Server and Linux system.
• Demonstrable experience in managing Domain and email server.
• Having good communication and problem-solving skill, basic English communication.
• Understanding of system architecture and networks/firewalls.
• Knowledge of virtualization technology, hybrid environment, enterprise security solutions.
• Familiarity with information security processes and standards.
• 2 years of experience in the same responsibilities.
