Job Description

    • Consult with management to analyze infrastructure, network and computer system needs for management information and functional operations, to determine scope and priorities of projects, and to discuss system capacity and equipment acquisitions

    • Recommend and develop plans for system development and operation, hardware and software purchased, budget, and staffing

    • Manage the development, implementation, installation, and operation of infrastructure, network and computer systems for the organization

    • Develop, implement, and monitor corporate and local IT policies and control to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance Negotiate and contract with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products

    • Provide support to end users in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of software programs and hardware – Manage computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions

    • Reviews telecommunication, computer and peripheral equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine costs and impact, and address problems

    • Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery plans

    • Ensure the integrity of infrastructure, network and all IT related matters.

    • Work as a full-time employee in the dynamic and professional environment at VINAMR

    • Develop your management skills through multiple involvement in various projects and day-to-day business and assignment
    • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.

    • At least 2 years of experience in IT operations.

    • Experience in implementing IT solutions.

    • Possess hands-on experience and deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers, Microsoft Active Directory and good knowledge of Linux.

    • Innovative, well-organized, team player with ability to work independently.

    • Good interpersonal communication skills.
