- Technology & Feature Delivery main focus
- Focus on smoothing backlog, complete spec.
- Day to day working with dev team to deliver feature
- Attend scrum meetings to gather feedback on active sprint backlogs from stakeholders (daily stand-ups, iterations, sprint reviews and retrospectives)
- Discuss with PM to divide user-story backlog management according to the priority order of the proposed development strategy
- Develop descriptions of user-stories, document clearly the work to be done, to Engineering to support solutions and support production.
- Participate in design thinking sessions to discuss the parties to study new issues from the collected data.
- Collaborate with Product Designer to implement feedback collected from users to improve product usage and experience
- Work closely with Engineering to ensure features in charge are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Perform validation testing of production releases, bug fixes, and new feature feature requests in charge
- Solve people problems and project barriers, conduct post-exploratory and root cause analysis to improve Agile/Scrum practices for maximum productivity
