- Manage the progress and performance of software solution product development projects for the fields of E-Commerce, Payment, Chatbot and Finance.
- Propose and implement development plans, assign resources, and monitor project progress, quality, and performance, including human and financial resources.
- Analyze business needs & proposals of relevant departments as well as customer and market tastes, behaviors to propose product improvements and optimizations.
- Assess and manage potential risks during product development.
- Ensure that the final product meets established quality and technical standards.
- Detailed reports to CEO/CTO weekly/monthly or each Sprint depending on the nature of the project.

Required qualifications (minimum): Intermediate - Vocational
Job requirements:
- English: good communication.
- Have at least 2 years of experience as PM or equivalent positions.
- Experienced in leading projects related to e-commerce and payment.
- Having experience or understanding of crypto is an advantage.
