Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY:

    You will work as a member of the IT Service team, responsible for supporting to handle problems during the use of company resources, ensuring stable network operation, managing IT assets, operating Internal Tools, and ensuring all LTV members comply with the prescribed security policy.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborate with the corporation's network team to operate and handle problems
    • Collaborate with the Security Protection team to deploy security applications
    • Manage IT assets, ensure equipment stability and provide solutions to improve the work efficiency of other departments

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • More than 2 years of experience in IT support, Network support
    • Knowledge of network systems such as Firewall Palo Alto, Catalyst Cisco, Aruba wireless...
    • Have a basic understanding of security standards such as Personal information security, ISO 27001
    • Knowledge of MacOS, Windows, and Linux operating system
    • CCNA, MCSA, LPI, AWS certificates are an advantage
