Job details
- Receive and handle user inquiries about computer-related problems and issues.
- Support to install software, hardware, upgrade computer configuration as well as user's peripheral devices.
- Repair and maintenance of network infrastructure, hardware of IT equipment, Camera system, timekeeper
- Collaborate with other technicians, using remote diagnostic tools to promptly detect computer problems, thereby finding solutions and quickly fixing them.
- Supervising and maintaining support for a number of other tasks from the manager (system installation, support, sales...)

Request
- Have a degree/certificate related to the IT industry from Intermediate - College - Certificate.
- At least 2 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Prior experience in installing Camera, tips on windows, hdd
- Have an enthusiastic spirit, withstand high pressure, be careful, have a high team spirit.
- Age from 22 to 25 Salary from 10,000,000 to 12,000,000 VND
