- Support on deployment and operating Distributor IT solutions
- Support existing Distributor related IT solutions eg. RTDC, SFA, D-ERP, etc
- Support delivery of new P&G IT projects to VN distributors
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation, Technical Consultancy
- Coordinating Project Schedule / CPS throughout all key phases: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, Closing
- Communicating Project Status, risks and help needed to key stakeholders
- Leading SIT / UAT / BAT Testing and Sign Off
- Accoutable for Project Delivery Time, Scope and Quality
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Have skills in Intermediate Project Management
- Intermediate on IT Services & Solutions Support Operations L1/L2 eg. ITIL
- Proactive, fast learning and Passion for Winning
- Have strong Time Management and Planning Skills
- Have skills on working with Network Organization eg. 3rd party vendors, stakeholders, distributor IT, etc
- Undergraduate diploma in IT eg. BBA, BSc, Beng
- OS: MS Windows, SQL Server, Android
- ERP / Distributor Management Solution (DMS) eg. Solomon, Syspro
- Excellent in MS Office esp. Excel, Doc & PPT
- Sales Force Automation (SFA) Systems eg. Saleforce, Ivy Mobility
