JOB SUMMARY:
Manage projects and coach Scrum teams to successfully deliver the highest value features.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage projects and coach Scrum teams to successfully deliver the highest value features
- Act as a contact point with clients and internal team members (BA/ Dev/ QC) on project status, risks, and issues
- Receive mentorship/ training from senior Scrum Master/ Project managers
- Develop schedule and plans that support the business timelines, resources, milestones, and project deliverables
REQUIREMENTS:
- Gender：Male/Female
- Age：25~38
- Education level：Any
- Language：Japanese N2
- No. of experienced year：At least 3 years as ITcom or BrSE or relating position
- At least 3 years as ITcom or BrSE or relating position
- Japanese N2
- Have strong interest or experience in IT industry (No coding skill is OK)
- At least 1 year experience relating to Project management
- Have knowledge or experience in Scrum Master/ Project Manager role
