1. Managing and leading a scrum team

2. Specific responsibilities in each sprint:

• Planning:

- Discuss and finalize requirements with Product Owner (PO)

- Provide technical solutions for implementation (together with Software Architect)

- Divide work and assign to members of the scrum team

• Execution:

- Together with PMO: monitor the implementation of sprint tasks to ensure on-time progress

- Support team members when encountering technical problems

- Along with release management: release on time, ensure quality

- Deep understanding of company products to contribute to overall product and solution architecture

- Coordinate with InfraOps, Security, Data to meet board requirements

- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging

- Write code and tests, build prototypes, solve problems, and analyze performance bottlenecks;

- Design powerful APIs to support mobile apps, web operations, and partner integrations;

- Build and deploy CI/CD pipelines;

- Manage and optimize scalable distributed systems on the Cloud;

- Optimize applications for improved performance and scalability;

- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring progress and code quality.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience with Java Development;
• Experience writing high performance and secure RESTful APIs;
• Experience managing Scrum teams is an advantage.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot;
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP;
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment);
• Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL/MariaDB;
• Knowledge of Messaging, Caching, CICD, Web Services including WSDL, SOAP, and Restful Web Services;
• Teamwork skills with problem solving attitude;
• A growth mindset is willing to challenge current limitations and focus on innovative ideas and solutions;
