1. Plans, develops new systems/application and upgrade, maintain current systems, tests, and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems: Evaluates user request for new or modified program. Statistical study of traffic patterns, or analyzing and developing specifications for bridge design, to determine feasibility, cost and time required compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities

2. Consults with user to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives.

3. Reads manuals, periodicals, and technical reports to learn ways to develop programs that meet user requirements.

4. Analyze the business need and impact of new products and services on the system and suggest solutions. Supervise User Requirements, Business Analysts and Program Developers in daily operations and specific projects.

5. Formulates plan outlining steps required to develop program, using structured analysis and design

6. Writes documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections

7. Analyzes, reviews, and alters program to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements

8. Writes manual for users to describe installation and operating procedures

Good knowledge in object-oriented system design and software development process.

More experiences about software architecture and model design like Micro Services, Multi-Tenant, SaaS….

More experiences in development with MVC Model.

Over 4-5 years in experiences of web development, information architecture, and related concepts and technologies, with a focus on .NET or Java. Have many years in development with Node JS is plus.

Over 3 years in experiences in Web services development (REST/SOAP). Have knowledge with GraphQL is plus.

Knowledge to build business core framework based on .NET/Java is a big change.

With .NET technologies, more experiences in .NET framework, .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC and have knowledge in Java (J2EE/Spring Boots/ Spring MVC/Hibernate…) is plus

With Java technologies, more experiences in Java framework like Spring Boots/ Spring MVC/Hibernate… and have knowledge in .NET technologies.

Many years working with Database Oracle/MS SQL in Database Design and Database development.

Over years experiences in Front End development with CSS, HTML/ HTML, Bootstrap, JS, JQuery, Angular Have knowledge or have years working with React JS/Vue JS/Flutter is plus

Understanding and used to deploy middleware system like Message Queue, Cache, Log, API Gateway is plus

Understanding about software security, software performance is plus.

Understanding mobile development like how to approaching and developing, how to sign mobile app with Apple/Google and how to publish them in Appstore/Google Play is plus.
