Job details
- Lead the technical team to develop and optimize the Backend system for digital banking products and services.
- Ensure Backend systems comply with high design, coding, testing, security and performance standards.
- Direct, coordinate and support UI/UX, BA, Frontend teams in product development, ensuring project quality and progress.
- Design, deploy and optimize Backend systems, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Perform Unit Test, support SIT/UAT testing, error handling and functional acceptance.
- Review and validate code from team members, manage code merges, provide technical support and train new members.
- Develop technical documentation and system implementation documentation.
- Ensure systems meet security, performance, and testability requirements.
Candidate requirements
- University graduate majoring in Information Technology or related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience developing Backend with Java.
- Proficient in Spring Boot, Maven, Kafka.
- Experienced in designing and developing RESTful API, SOAP.
- Understanding and experience in building and deploying Microservices architecture (MSA), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).
- Experience working with Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s) is a plus.
- Ability to lead, develop technical teams, train and improve skills for members.
- Strategic thinking, ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team to overcome challenges, withstand high work pressure.
