Job details
- Model and texture 3D assets for use in the Unity Engine.
- Receive 3D files (anime, model, texture) from main Artist, check and edit before importing into Unity.
- Use available assets to create scenes in Unity, set up lighting, materials and basic effects.
- Ensure assets function properly and aesthetically match requirements.
- Coordinate with Technical Artist or Developer to check compatibility (lighting, animator, particle).
- Learn the process of using tools like VFX Graph, Shader Graph.... as simple as possible.
Request
- Have a good foundation in 3D modeling and texturing (know how to use Blender or Maya + Substance or Photoshop).
- Experience working on Unity or equivalent engines is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of URP material system, PBR texture and animation system, rigging.
- Know how to create or edit prefabs, colliders, and assign animators in Unity.
- Think carefully, meticulously, and be responsible for the products you put into the engine.
- Have good logical thinking, know how to solve problems on the production line.
- Priority is given to candidates who know and understand the concepts of LOD, batching, texture packing, bake light and can create basic VFX (plus points, not required).
- Being able to use tools like AUTOCAD, Mesh Simplify, or basic Unity Editor plugins is an advantage (plus, not required).
