Job Details

We're looking for a Junior AI Agent Developer interested in exploring and building intelligent agents powered by AI. This role involves hands-on research, prototyping, and implementation of AI-driven agents, with direct mentorship from experienced team members. You'll grow your AI skills and contribute directly to meaningful projects.

• Research and experiment with AI-driven agents using popular frameworks and tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.
• Build and prototype intelligent agents capable of basic autonomous interactions.
• Collaborate with senior team members and engineers to integrate AI agents into Bitcovers products.
• Document experiments, findings, and technical solutions clearly.
• Stay current with AI trends and proactively suggest new ideas and approaches.

Candidate requirements

Required

• Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Good programming skills in Python.
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals, Natural Language Processing, and conversational AI.
• Experience from personal projects, internships, or academic coursework involving AI or software development.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Preferred

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate) and embedding techniques.
• Prior participate in hackathons, coding contests, or AI-related competitions.
