Job Brief:
- We are looking for a creative Junior UI Designer to join us to build a top-notch product in the fintech field.
- As a Junior UI Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be designing ideas using various methods and the latest technology; designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets; and designing materials such as banners, posters, images, advertisements, packaging.
- The position reports to the Senior Designer.

Key responsibilities and duties:
- Design intuitive and engaging interactions for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with the line manager to assess the feasibility of ideas, implement or evolve your designs to specify and deliver a great product efficiently.
- Gather, research and evaluate user pain points and behaviors.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, mockups and prototypes optimized for a wide range of interfaces.
- Advocate product features and enhancements for customer needs in collaboration with the product development team.
- Design banners, posters, images, icons, advertisements, promotions, packaging, brochures, standee for company activities.
- Design according to the requirements of the relevant part within the scope of work.

Qualification & Requirement:
- A minimum ofyears working experience in designing brand identities, grid systems, editorial layouts and applications for web, desktop and mobile.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles and guidelines of particular platforms including websites and mobile applications.
- Knowledgeable in Design Toolsets (Adobe Suite, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, InVision, Sketch, Axure).
- Knowledge and understanding in one of the following fields preferred: E-commerce, Fintech, CRM, Loyalty, Adstech.
- Strong typography, layout and visual design skills.
- Deadline-oriented with great follow-up and reporting skills.
- Attention to details and responds well under pressure with a strict time limit.
- Creative, open-mind and trendy.
