Job Description
Collect and process, check, update data and accounting documents through incurred expenses, establish the validity of payment documents, and record economic transactions arising at the enterprise.
Transactions, management, tracking of cash funds, transactions with banks.
Pay company expenses on a weekly and monthly schedule; track income/expenditure and manage related income/expenditure accounts.
Control and classify business expenses.
Track and manage customer, supplier and office debt.
Declare, pay taxes, and account for arising tax transactions such as: VAT/CIT/PIT, contractor tax.
Update and track increases and decreases in assets, tools and equipment, depreciation of fixed assets, and allocation of fixed assets according to regulations.
Master tax policies to meet business requirements of enterprises.
Consolidate control of cost accounts and perform accounting tasks as part of general accounting work.
Perform quick reporting cycles and periodic reporting monthly, quarterly, and annually according to the Company's regulations, Tax Law, and Accounting Law.
Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Tax Law, Accounting Law and participate in the annual tax and audit process.
