- Job Description
- Collect data and review the accuracy and completeness of the accounting reporting system.
- Explain the tax treatment of all company operations and related accounting policies to employees, suppliers and customers.
- Oversee data entry and financial reporting for the company's financial system.
- Reconcile all accounts for monthly closing statements.
- Closely monitor the accountants' reporting schedule.
- Work closely with operations to achieve set KPIs.
- Interact with external and internal auditors during annual audits (if applicable).
- Work with government agencies to resolve all accounting and tax issues.
- Active in creating and maintaining company cultures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
2. Candidate requirements
- Graduated from university majoring in Accounting and Finance.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Understand the tax treatment of activities of the same group within the company.
- Update and understand circulars and decrees to handle taxes for activities of the same group in the company.
- Know and comply with internal procedures.
- Understanding the company's processes can then contribute to establishing/filling in any outstanding processes/work.
- Ability to manage and operate financial functions.
- Can work independently.
- Ensure all activities of the financial accounting department are performed on time and recorded fully and promptly.
- Experience working with IT, Game, and Commerce companies is an advantage.
- Able to read and understand basic English.

5. Working time
- Monday - Friday (from 09:00 to 18:00) (7.5 hours/day), morning from 9:00 to 12:00, afternoon from
13:30-18:00 - Saturday only, work every other week (at home), morning from 9am-12pm, afternoon from
13:30-16:00
