 Input accounting vouchers, record revenues and expenditures.
 Check contractor documents (advance, payment, finalization of volume)
 Monitor revenue and expenditure at the office.
 Monitor import and export of inventory.
 Arrange records, contracts, accounting documents.
 Participate in monitoring construction progress
 Track machine costs, machine labor for each project
 Collecting and allocating general production costs for each project or work item
 Gather, allocate costs and calculate the cost of each project and work item
 Track the completed revenue of each project or item
 Carefully arrange and store records, invoices, vouchers, estimates, final settlements, minutes of acceptance and handover… in a scientific manner.
 Other tasks as directed by the direct manager.
