Job Details

• Participate in the process from requirement definition to release depending on the project.
• Manage development activities for Vietnam Offshore development team.
• Understand the specifications created by Japanese customers and communicate with customers so that Vietnamese development members can understand, including QA support to promote development as a center.
• Manage the progress of work outsourced to the Vietnam Offshore team and check quality through review of deliverables (design documents, source code, test specifications, test results).

Candidate requirements

Obligatory

• Graduated from University majoring in IT/Mathematics & Computer Science.
• Japanese: equivalent to N2 level, can communicate fluently
  
• BrSE experience from 1 year or more for software projects with Japanese customers.
• Experience and understanding of software development phases (from requirements gathering).
  
• Have 2 years or more development experience (Javascript/C#/PHP/Python...)
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Prioritize

• Have knowledge of infrastructure.
• Knowledge of DB.
• Knowledge of development languages and frameworks (both end and front) and experience in upstream processes
• Able to do Basic Design.
• Having worked in Japan is an advantage.

Interest

• Working hours: 8:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday.
  
• Probationary salary is 100% of official salary.
  
• Salary review: 1 time/year. 13th month bonus.
