Coordinate with the Sales department to advise customers on products to propose appropriate technical solutions.
Assist customers in selecting appropriate equipment and technology, and provide customized solutions according to specific needs
Factory survey and technical proposal
Conduct factory survey and develop technical proposal
Present technical solutions, exchange technical information with customers and partners
Select relevant devices in IoT solutions and integration solutions for customers and partners.
Deploying solutions for customers
Deploy online/offline projects on site according to project reality
Product research and development
Propose new equipment improvements that fit into existing solutions
Optimize existing solutions to suit customer needs
Propose new technical solutions in line with technology trends and market needs.
After sales service
Technical support after solution implementation
Resolve and handle technical issues arising after sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
Report, propose and coordinate other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Graduated from University/College in the following majors: Information Technology, Automation, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, Computer Technology or related majors.
Proficient in querying data on SQL Server, MySQL
Understanding of network systems, IP addresses, communication between devices.
Experience 01 year or more in similar position
Have worked and developed software with robots, PLCs, smart cameras, IoT devices or have done projects related to these systems.
Proficiency in at least one programming language: C/C++, Python, or equivalent
English: reading and understanding documents, good communication is an advantage.
Software development skills, proactive in learning new technologies
Income: 9,000,000 - 13,000,000 + project implementation commission
