JOB DETAILS

• Implementing installation, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting of ATMs and POS machines (payment systems in supermarkets)

Working hours: during office hours and overtime if unexpected schedules arise

• Ensure successful and effective handling of cases

• Prepare machine status reports after inspection and transfer to direct management.

• Perform other tasks as directly assigned by the Department Head



JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from HIGH SCHOOL/COLLEGE majoring in Computer hardware or Electronics and Telecommunications.

• Be familiar with the area

• Able to work independently or in groups.

• Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.

• Personality is careful, patient, eager to learn and hard-working.

• Accept after-hours troubleshooting when unexpected schedules arise.

• Priority is given to candidates who have experience in maintaining machinery services such as ATMs, POS machines, computers, and maintenance services for fixed telecommunications service subscribers.
