Job Description

• Install application software, operating systems, and specialized software as required.
• Configure settings appropriate to your system and user environment.
• Perform regular software maintenance and update to new versions.
• Bug fixes, security updates and performance improvements.
• Troubleshoot when software fails or does not work properly.
• Record, analyze the cause and report to the development department or supplier.
• Perform functional testing before going live.
• Propose improvements and evaluate effectiveness.
• Train employees on how to use the software.
• Answer questions and provide technical solutions promptly.
• Regularly backup data and restore in case of problems.
• Ensure information security and comply with security procedures.
• Work with programmers, system administrators to deploy software.
