JOB DETAILS
- Install application software, operating systems, specialized software as required.
- Configure to suit the system and user environment.
- Perform periodic software maintenance and update to new versions.
- Bug fixes, security updates and performance improvements.
- Troubleshoot when software fails or does not function properly.
- Record, analyze causes and report to development department or supplier.
- Perform functional testing before putting into operation.
- Propose improvements, evaluate usage efficiency. - Guide employees on how to use the software.
- Answer questions and provide technical solutions promptly.
- Regularly backup data and restore in case of problems.
- Ensure information security and comply with security procedures.
- Work with programmers and system administrators to deploy software.
- Coordinate with sales and human resources departments to make the software meet actual needs.

REQUEST
- Technical expertise: College graduate majoring in information technology, software engineering
- Working experience: 05 years of working experience related to software, information technology
- Other requirements: sharp, regularly update new technology for work, fluent in Chinese.
