Job Description

A Backend Developer is responsible for building and maintaining the server-side system software of an application or website. The work will often involve data processing, database management, building APIs to connect system components, and ensuring that the entire application operates smoothly and securely.

• Receive requirements from BA and Leader, give opinions and the system will then analyze and design the system
• Data Management: Includes database design, query optimization to ensure data consistency and security (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, SQLServer, Cassandra)
• Implement security measures and authenticate users, manage access, and protect against cyber attacks and critical data.
• Perform tests (Unit Test, Integration Test) to find and fix bugs in their source code.
• Interact with members in relevant departments to provide common opinions and ensure project progress is smooth and on schedule.
• Monitoring and maintenance: Once the application is operational, it is necessary to maintain and update the system to ensure high stability and security.
• Using Tools and Frameworks: Use Frameworks like Docker, Kubernetes, Apache (or Nginx) to manage and deploy applications.
• Integration with external services: Integration with external services such as Online Payment, Shipping Unit, cloud services (AWS, GKE,...)

Candidate requirements

• Graduated from University/College, majoring in Information Technology. Priority given to majors related to Web/Software
• Have at least 1 year of experience in system development as a Backend developer (PHP, NodeJs)
• Proficient in using databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, SQL Server.
• Priority is given to intermediate level English communication.
• Proficient in Git
• Creativity and willingness to learn
• Good communication and negotiation skills
