I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Business Strategy & Development:
Planning and implementing business strategies for Lorsia's cosmeceutical product lines.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights; develop quarterly/annual revenue growth plans.
The development strategy for the offline medium-term (MT) distribution system should align with the company's resources.
Understanding consumer behavior and market trends.
2. Develop the Offline (MT) distribution channel:
Working, negotiating, and expanding partnerships with supermarket chains, convenience stores, pharmacies, and major retail chains.
Propose and implement pricing, discount, and gift reward policies for each channel.
Monitor the implementation of sales and promotional programs at the point of sale.
We require candidates to have extremely strong relationships with supermarkets and pharmacies, and the ability to leverage their network to quickly expand the system.
I have experience working with MT systems and large chains.
3. Team Management & Development:
Manage and lead a sales team (510 or more people).
Training and coaching the sales team on products and sales skills for the modern trade (MT) channel.
Set KPIs, track performance, and motivate the team to achieve revenue targets.
Suitable for candidates who have graduated from university with a major in Pharmacy but possess qualities of a Management Trainee (MT) Salesperson and strong business acumen.
4. Coordination & Reporting:
Coordinate with relevant departments in budgeting and business planning.
Company representatives participate in trade fairs, events, and brand development activities.
Regular reporting directly to the Board of Directors/CEO.
Understand the workflow when working with partners and suppliers.
II. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales Manager position or equivalent.
Strong experience in offline (MT) distribution channels.
I have extremely strong relationships with supermarkets and pharmacies, and have previously worked directly with major chains.
Graduated from university with a degree in Pharmacy, possessing knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation and sales; also having aptitude for MT sales, market thinking, and strong negotiation skills.
I have led teams of 510 or more people.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and proactively.
We have extremely strong relationships with supermarkets and pharmacies, and a ready-made network for rapid deployment.

Competitive salary commensurate with the position of Department Head; Fixed salary of 20-25 million VND (negotiable based on ability) + unlimited sales commission + full allowances. Total income up to 45++ million VND; Income increases based on performance, with no ceiling.
Two-month probationary period with immediate payment of 85% of base salary, transparent performance evaluation based on actual abilities.
