Read documents and analyze requirements from customers: specs, design
• Write detailed project documentation
• Coding
• Perform unit testing according to project needs
• Daily report to TBP
• Support team development
• Update daily work progress into project management tool
• Follow the correct software development process
• Graduated from University/College majoring in IT.
• Ability to read and understand proposal, specs, and design documents
• 4 years of experience working on Ruby projects
• Master Ruby on Rails, have experience working and handling large systems
• Experience with OOP, MVC Framework, ORM, RESTful API, Design Patterns
• Understand TDD, Testing and can implement requirements according to TDD, have DRY mindset
• Work well with one of the following Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle,...
• Proficient in AWS, Docker
• Knowledge of Infrastructure, Deployment, CI/CD
• Experience working with Cloud, Microservices
• Can review team member code
• Proficient in source code management tools: GIT, SVN, and Redmine, Jira projects.
• Good with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Jquery, Ajax, ...), JSON, Bootstrap,...
• Experience working in Agile projects
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Can work under high pressure on deadlines and product quality
• Good thinking ability, proactive at work, high sense of responsibility to complete assigned tasks.
• Have a high sense of responsibility at work;
