1. Solution design
- Work with departments to design software solutions to reduce workload and increase operational efficiency.
- Apply new technology and new framework into solution design to create good and flexible solutions to adapt to business changes.
2. Software Development
- Develop software applications to suit operational requirements and superior instructions.
- Update all issues, bugs, new features, enhancement requests into service desk system, update daily work log, push source code into JIRA software.
- Find root cause and fix, report to superior if cannot be resolved or fixed within SLA.
- Monitor task list and complete within committed time
- Cooperate with project management team, operations team to do testing and UAT for the application.
- Implement and train end users.

- Graduated from College/University with major in IT, telecommunications, computer science or other related fields
- At least 1 year experience in similar position

Working time
Monday - Friday (from 08:00 to 17:30)
Saturday (from 08:00 to 12:00)
