JOB CONTENT

• Collect business and system requirements from customers
• Identify and minimize risks within project requirements
• Research and propose new features (as well as improvements/enhancements) for software/Website
• Assist customers in identifying requirements, proposing ideas and providing solutions
• Support UAT in testing and verifying errors/issues with customers

REQUEST

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• Have 1-5 years of professional work experience as a QC Tester (According to level)
• Experience in creating Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Reports..
• Experience working with Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with Postman, Jmeter or similar platform is a plus.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence is a plus
• Having experience working with ERP projects is a plus
• Having experience working with ECommerce projects is a plus
• Experience working with Postman and Performance testing is a plus
