JOB SUMMARY:
First of all, it is assumed that you will enter the existing project as a documenter and carry out development support work, and then adjust the work content appropriately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creation of design documents and review work for Mobile/Web/AI related system development.
- Local PM/SE work in Vietnam offshore development or technical/team management work.
- REPORT TO : Manager/ Japanese staff/ Japanese client directly
- WORK WITH : Vietnamese developers/ Japanese Sales/ Client
REQUIREMENTS:
- National: Japanese or VietNamese
- 2 years of experience as a programmer or PM/director experience *It is better if you have experience in design/documentation
- 22 to 40 years old
- Those who can work for a long time in Vietnam
- English: Daily conversation level

- Independent learning and understanding of business domain
- Problem visualization/solving ability
- The ability required of Japanese people locally is to support, educate, and manage the parts that Vietnamese members lack.
