JOB PURPOSE

Master Data is the core data essential to all operations, business and decision making within the Group. Master Data Management is a critical function that enables organisations to define and manage the common data structures and governance processes used to support all manufacturing and business operations.

The purpose of Master Data Management is to Develop, Implement, Manage and Maintain the Group's overall Master Data system operational solutions; Ensure the accuracy, consistency and quality of data.

Initialize, Maintain and Manage shared Master Data codes; Maintain the related system Master Data database on the Master Data system, including: Finished products, Semi-finished products, Raw materials, Packaging, Tools and equipment; Promotional items, Technical supplies, Suppliers, Customers, Distributors, Agents, ..

Supply Chain Master Data system operating configurations

Perform the role of Data Owner in collecting necessary information from relevant departments, making decisions on determining the creation/editing of shared Master Data related to the procurement, production and business operations of the entire Group including: Finished products, Semi-finished products, Raw materials, Packaging, CCDC, Promotional items, Technical supplies, Suppliers, Customers, Distributors, Agents, ..

Perform the role of Data Steward in creating/editing shared Master Data for the entire Group. Responsible for connecting to systems that require interconnection.

Check and maintain the shared Master Data tree structure. Participate in developing new structures for new product lines/Raw materials, build and integrate shared Master Data structures within the Group.

Participate in Projects that require or impact the Master Data system.

Responsible for coordinating with the Industry/Block/PBCN in data control and tracing (audit trail); Implement continuous improvement to ensure strict compliance with the Master Data management process.

Ensure consolidated reporting information & key performance indicators (KPIs) for Master Data management.

Job Requirements

• In-depth experience in SAP and Master Data applications for subsystems; Understanding of Integration Technologies, System Security, Applications and Shared Master Data Management
• Have knowledge of subsystems related to Supply Chain: purchasing, warehousing, payment, production management, planning, logistics management, etc.
• Possess strong analytical, technical and communication skills to effectively manage and administer the Group's Master Data system across various systems and applications.
• Knowledge of SQL language and data mining, analysis and reporting tools
• Graduated from University majoring in IT, Logistics, Finance and Accounting.
• 2 years experience in Master Data Management. Knowledge in Agriculture is an advantage
