JOB SUMMARY:

This opportunity is for a candidate to join as an IT Communicator, responsible for translating specifications and discussions for IT development (Japanese to English/Vietnamese) and interpreting in project team meetings (Japanese to Vietnamese). The role is available at both Senior and Junior levels, with varying requirements for experience and skills in communication, problem analysis, and language proficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translate the specifications, work discussions via chat channels, proposals, etc. from the IT development division (Japanese English/Vietnamese)
• Interpret at the project team meetings and in-house/external meetings (Japanese Vietnamese)

REQUIREMENTS:

• For Senior level:
• Control the expected value from stakeholders
• In charge as Facilitator role of the meeting (Training on job)
• Good at problem analysis, have a continuous improvement mindset
• 3+ years experienced as IT Communicator (with JLPT N2 or higher)
• English intermediate
• Good teamwork and willing to handle non-project task
• For Junior level:
• Used to study or work in Japan
• Japanese good as N2-N1, English intermediate in working
• Has experience in IT Comtor role from 1,5+ years
