- Act as a bridge between the development team in Vietnam and Japanese customers.
- Discuss, negotiate, analyze software project requirements... and communicate to the project team in Vietnam.
- Propose solutions to customer requirements and problems throughout the project process.
- Discuss with the project team to come up with effective problem-solving solutions.
- Progress control, team management, project management.
- Report work periodically to customers.
- Participate in welcoming Japanese delegations to visit the office, meetings to exchange information to improve the ability to get projects for the Company.
- Job details will be discussed further during the interview.
- Can be onsite for a short time in Japan if needed.
Job requirements
- Japanese equivalent to N2 or higher, fluent in Japanese communication.
- Have over 5 years of experience in a similar position or software project management for Japanese customers.
- Experience working with programming languages such as: NodeJS, Python, Vuejs, Java, ReactJS, NextJS, React Native, Flutter, ...
- Have experience working on projects such as: building systems in the fields of healthcare, construction, human resources, tourism... and Japanese government projects.
- Have good team leadership ability and teamwork spirit.
- Ability to communicate and convey information well.
- Experience in team management and project management.
- Candidates with experience working in Japan are an advantage.
- High responsibility in work.
- Able to work independently/good teamwork ability.
