- Lead and participate in designing and developing high-quality mobile applications on multiple platforms (iOS, Android or cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter, React Native).
- Analyze complex business requirements, propose solutions and design efficient, scalable system architectures. - Write clean, optimized code and ensure application performance and stability.
- Support and guide team members, ensuring best development practices are applied.
- Collaborate with UI/UX design team, backend and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experience. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, frameworks for mobile application development.
- Handle complex technical issues and ensure quick, efficient solutions.
- Ensure project progress and compliance with source code quality standards.
- Participate in presenting solutions and contributing strategies to mobile projects.
Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile application development.
- In-depth knowledge of native development (Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android) and/or cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native, Xamarin).
- Experience in designing and building mobile applications from scratch.
- Deep understanding of mobile design principles, performance optimization and debugging techniques.
- Proficient in using CI/CD tools, automated testing and version control systems like Git.
- Experience with backend integration, working with RESTful API, GraphQL or real-time data communications.
- Effective leadership, support and team guidance skills.

- Salary 25M-35M, Receive minimum 13 months salary/year (not including project bonus, revenue....)
