JOB SUMMARY:

The role involves providing Helpdesk support, managing network systems (CISCO control), and maintaining server systems (Windows, Linux, and HP hardware monitoring).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Helpdesk: Receives job from leader, support user fix PC, Laptop, printer, windows, linux.
• Network system: CISCO control( switch, router, backbone), ccna, ccnp knowledge.
• Server system: OS maintains control( window, linux),monitoring hardware server HP system.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least a Bachelor or Engineer degree in information technology, computer science or related fields. Certifications: CCNA, CCNP...
• Certifications or proven ability to manage Windows Server and Linux system.
• Demonstrable experience in managing Domain and email server.
• Having good communication and problem-solving skill, basic English communication.
• Understanding of system architecture and networks/firewalls.
• Knowledge of virtualization technology, hybrid environment, enterprise security solutions.
• Familiarity with information security processes and standards.
• 2 years of experience in the same responsibilities.
