Job Description

    Job Description

    - Care for, support, and improve the operational efficiency of VNPAY's current Payment Acceptance Points (POPs) in the assigned management area:

    • Plan to take care of VNPAY payment gateways (VNPAY-QR, VNPAY-POS) to achieve the goal of increasing the quality and efficiency of providing VNPAY services at stores.
    • Direct contact, carry out care and support activities for VNPAY customers;
    • Ensure image, maintain publications, increase VNPAY brand recognition at DCNTT;
    • Provide system tools to help the Internet use and manage sales transactions and VNPAY payment transactions effectively.
    • Training, support, and professional guidance for the IT department on the services provided by VNPAY;

    - Search and exploit potential customers who need to use Vnpay products in all working provinces and cities. Sign contracts, urge to complete procedures for handing over products to customers.

    Job Requirements

    - Age from 20-35, graduated from high school or higher

    - Have experience in customer service or sales, ensure market access. Priority is given to those with experience/knowledge in the field of electronic payments.

    Work location, one of the following areas:

    - Hai Duong: Hai Duong City

    - Hung Yen: My Hao

    - Hung Yen: Hung Yen City

    - Thai Nguyen: Thai Nguyen City

    - Quang Ninh: Ha Long City

    - Quang Ninh: Cam Pha City

    Income

    • Income when reaching 100% KPI: 10 - 20 million VND
    • Fixed salary depends on sales

    Interest

    Basic salary: 6-8 million + Lunch allowance 40k/day + Gas allowance 300k + KPI bonus + Quarterly bonus. Average 10-20 million

    Sign official labor contract after 2-month probationary period and pay social insurance immediately
