• Support in building lecture storyboards
• Adapt content on lecture design software
• Digitize lectures (attach sounds/images/dialogue/ make interactive as appropriate)
• Make training plans monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Manage and implement training programs
• Teaching, monitoring and evaluating students.
• Support provincial branches to organize training programs.
• Make periodic reports on training activities.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Department Head
