2. Candidate requirements
Must have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with ReactJS, NodeJS.
- Proficient in building and developing applications in both frontend and backend.
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful web services applications.
- Experience in application deployment, delivery and operation.
- Ability to write clean, clear, performant, reusable, and easily testable code.
- Experience working with Git.
- Experience working with databases, priority given to candidates with experience working with MongoDB.
- Works with both client-side applications and internal systems, providing optimal processing solutions.
- Have good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Have good thinking, problem solving skills, love to explore and learn.
- Good communication skills, experienced in guiding and training staff.
- Have good English reading comprehension skills.
Nice to have:
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working with carriers on value-added services (VAS).
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum.
- Experienced in optimizing web performance, security and tracking user behavior.
- Understanding of basic programming principles.
- Experience in developing distributed systems, microservices architectures and queues like RabbitMQ, Kafka for processing.
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes a plus.
