Maintain and ensure that the network system and server system operate continuously, safely and securely, and store enough data for smooth and secure operation.

Receive requests and handle errors related to computers, computer networks, software, cameras, peripheral devices (printers, photocopiers, timekeepers, ..) of the Office block.

Support remote handling of some IT errors of the system of departments and stores through Teamviewer, Zalo, ... or come to handle it directly (if any).

Planning and implementation of equipment supply, preparation and implementation of internet camera system work, etc. for the newly opened CHTT.

Management of IT equipment of the office block: installation/recovery/transfer of equipment for employees and inventory of assets. Planning, recommending maintenance/maintenance/improvement to upgrade equipment.

Perform some other tasks as requested by superiors.
