Job Description


    The work of an IT staff whose main task is to manage the internal network system, camera system, timekeeping system and handle network-related machine problems can be described as follows:

    1. Internal network system management:

    • Network setup and maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, modems to ensure stable network connectivity throughout the company.
    • Monitoring and security: Monitor network performance, ensure network systems are always running smoothly, and deploy security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, and encryption systems to protect data.
    • Troubleshooting: Resolve network connectivity issues, slow network speeds, lost connections, or other network-related issues.

    2. Camera system management:

    • Camera system installation and maintenance: Ensure the surveillance camera system operates effectively, including installation, configuration, maintenance and replacement of equipment when necessary.
    • Video Surveillance: Ensure video recording systems operate continuously, store data properly, and can be retrieved when needed.
    • Camera Troubleshooting: Fix camera related issues like blurry images, no connection or software issues.

    3. Timekeeping system management:

    • Timekeeping system installation and maintenance: Ensure the electronic timekeeping system operates stably, including setting up timekeeping machines, management software and database.
    • User Support: Resolve user issues such as clocking errors, data out of sync, or software support requests.
    • Maintenance and upgrade: Ensure the system is always updated, fix software and hardware errors for the system to operate effectively.

    4. Abnormal handling of network-related machines:

    • Monitor network devices: Check and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, or other peripherals that are not connecting to the network.
    • Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot hardware or software related issues, including reinstalling operating systems, updating software, and replacing mechanical components as necessary.
    • End User Support: Provide technical support to company employees when problems arise with machines or network systems.

    5. Reporting and system optimization:

    • Monitoring and reporting: Prepare periodic reports on the operating status of network systems, cameras, and timekeeping for management.
    • Suggest improvements: Provide system optimization solutions to improve work efficiency and minimize incidents.
