WORK CONTENT

• Deploying and installing computer systems, computer networks (LAN, WAN,...), Internet networks and office equipment for offices.
• Operate and troubleshoot company IT systems
• Consulting, support, troubleshooting of computers, LAN, Internet and office equipment
• Maintain computer systems, computer networks and office equipment
• Participate in network system management and system security when needed
• Support server deployment, maintenance, and backup of server systems (when required)
• Support website administration, with the company's information system and server
• Other jobs (details discussed during interview)

REQUEST

• Have at least 1-2 years of experience working as an IT Helpdesk for businesses
• Basic knowledge of computers and computer networks (LAN, WAN, Wifi...)
• Understanding of the working environment Domain controller, Antivirus, File server, Domain, Mail server, VPN,...
• Set up computer, join domain, install office
• Good understanding of Windows server, Linux
• Skills in using computers, computer networks and office equipment
• Have knowledge or qualifications of MCSA, CCNA, LPI, etc.
• Have knowledge about virtualization
• Hard-working, eager to learn, and has a spirit of teamwork
• Able to read and understand documents in English well
