Job Description

• Support product managers in Japan to analyze products in Japanese
• Support product managers in Japan to create technical specification documents
• Strive to learn technical knowledge about engineering every day
• Simultaneous interpretation for internal meetings (Vietnamese and Japanese)
• Technical specification document translation
• Prepare regular meeting minutes (or translate minutes)
• Translate questions from engineers
• Translated feedback from Japanese project managers

Candidate requirements

• At least 1 year of IT Comtor experience for IT outsourcing company for Japanese customer projects
• Graduated from one of the best universities in Vietnam or Japan with high GPA
• Have Japanese proficiency equivalent to N1 or higher, good speaking skills
• Understand basic English words related to IT
• Basic IT skills, including the ability to use a computer, simple Excel, and fast Vietnamese and Japanese keyboard typing
• Logical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Have a high sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Passion for learning some type of IT skills and software development

Interest

• Range: 18M - 30M gross, 13 months salary + performance bonus (Depending on the company situation)
• Trained to PM/BSRE
