- Support and troubleshoot problems for users related to computer hardware and software.
- Support in handling problems with printers, projectors, cameras, wifi, network devices and other IT equipment.
- Monitor the repair and inventory of network equipment, office equipment, and software licenses through company tools.
- Work with suppliers on warranty and maintenance issues of information technology equipment.
- Allocating, recalling and installing equipment and software for new employees.
- Periodically check for software updates, Windows, Antivirus,...
- Monitor and process support requests on the company's ticket management system.
- Coordinate with other departments when required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.

- Basic English communication (Listening and speaking at a basic level).
- Graduated from University/College majoring in IT/Information Systems/Computer Networks.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN network systems
- Able to install and manage applications, emails, etc.
- Experience in managing and installing networks and equipment or 1-3 years of experience in IT Support.
- Proficient in using office equipment (Computers, printers, projectors, etc.), capable of installing and diagnosing network and computer equipment.
- Resistant to work pressure, able to work independently and in groups.
