- Create and manage user accounts on the Company's system
- Handle arising problems, guide users during use
- Handling technical problems related to information technology systems arising for users at the office
- Periodically check and maintain machines, make sure all computer equipment is properly connected and ready for use.
- Support to inventory computer equipment and paste asset codes for computer devices when required.
- Buy office equipment on demand
- Maintain internet and phone networks, handle arising problems, ensure stable internet and phone systems
- Monitor and update the list of machinery and information technology equipment
- Coordinate with purchasing department to work with suppliers to warranty and repair equipment
- Gsuite Mail system administration
- Delegating rights and granting accounts to employees of each department
- Repair of computers, printers, office equipment
- Install and upgrade computer systems according to technical requirements.
