Responsible for monitoring/inspecting daily operations of the hotel's IT infrastructure system: LAN network system, Wifi - Internet network system, television, application server, internal switchboard.
Timely handle problems to ensure the system always operates continuously and effectively.
During the process of checking the IT infrastructure system, if a problem arises, it must be handled immediately so as not to affect the hotel's operations.
Support the operation of business software.
Provide guidance and support for operating the professional software system for staff of all departments in the hotel.
Receive feedback on software problems from employees and departments and handle them quickly.
