- Monitor and manage the company's page, Zalo OA, reply to customer messages and comments,

- Search and advise customers in need of surveillance camera services, LAN systems, dedicated Wifi, smart home systems through Groups, Fanpages and other social channels.

-Customer care consulting, product introduction, answering customer questions, receiving customer opportunities (Leads) from the Marketing department in coordination with the technical department to close orders.

-Perform other tasks as required by the leader and management.

-Daily work report.

- Receive support and in-depth training from the Marketing and Technical departments on products and business areas of the company.
