- Exploiting new markets;
- Search and build relationships with customers (individuals and organizations);
- Contact customers based on available data;
- Taking care and maintaining old customers, answering customer questions via email, phone, supporting documents and procedures for existing and new customers;
- Consulting and answering to customers about the fields and services provided by the Company: website design, google advertising, website administration, Fanpage administration, seo services, content writing, hosting, name domain,…;
- Negotiate, negotiate directly and sign contracts with customers, take care of customers after sales;
- The main business is working in the office via phone and Internet;
- Prepare periodical reports, internal newsletters for the management and customer needs of the company;
