Search for potential customers:
- Find potential customers in relationships, social networks, online tools, direct market mining or whatever source you can find.
- Find out the needs of customers, meet and choose the right consulting direction for each customer.
- Sign contracts and guide customers to use the product.
- Live chat, phone switchboard, fanpage, zalo the company's customer channels.
Existing customer care:
- Manage existing customer information & keep good relationship to expand customer network.
- Collaborate with product development and customer care departments to meet customer needs and questions about products.
- Listening and absorbing opinions from customers in order to build and improve more and more perfect products.
- Work at office
- Searching for customers who have needs for the company's online advertising products and services such as: Google Adwords, SEO, Email Marketing, Social Marketing, website design, hosting services, domain names, copyright software
- Customer care.
- Collect data, develop relationships with businesses and potential customers.
- Working under the direction of the department head
Inexperienced staff will be trained.
