- Introduce, advise and convince customers to use the Company's products/services including: Switchboard software, brand messages - SMS brandname.
- Build, maintain and develop a network of potential customers and partners in the same industry and in many fields (directly or indirectly).
- Directly execute and sign contracts with Customers; Monitor and accept services.
- Support receiving and handling customer complaints about service and product quality to ensure customer satisfaction and trust according to correct procedures.
- Report to management levels on customer needs, problems, and concerns; Competitors' activities and potential in product/service business development
Fixed salary: 6M - 9M + Sales commission
